Shipping and delivery
Delivery times
Average delivery time: up to 7 business days.
Remote locations (as defined by the shipping company): up to 10 business days.
During busy periods, holidays and promotions, there may be slight delays beyond the above.
Distribution areas
We reach most parts of the country. Delivery to communities outside of the normal distribution areas is subject to the delivery company's schedules.
Transportation conditions
The products are packaged in packaging adapted for transporting wines and are shipped via an authorized shipping company, to maintain their integrity until delivery.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on purchases over 600 NIS.
For purchases below this amount – 40 NIS shipping.
Coordination and non-delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order on business days only (Sunday-Thursday, excluding holiday eves and holidays). In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect details or an unavailable recipient, a redelivery will be coordinated and an additional cost may be charged according to the shipping company's rate.
Shipping damage
Did you receive damaged packaging or a broken product? Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the packaging and product, and we will arrange for a replacement or credit as necessary, at no additional cost.
Returns and cancellations
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its accompanying regulations, food and alcohol products are not included in the right of cancellation and cannot be returned after delivery, except in the case of a defect or error in delivery.
Exceptions
In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery on our part – we will replace or provide a full refund, at the customer's choice. For processing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, including photos.
