Terms of use
The use of the “Tel Shifon Winery” website (hereinafter: “the Website”), owned by “Ortal Winery” (hereinafter: “the Company”), is subject to reading these Terms and Conditions, the Shipping Policy, the Customer Club Policy, and the Direct Mailing Policy (hereinafter: “the Binding Documents”) and to agreeing to all of their provisions. Please read these Terms (hereinafter: “the Terms”) carefully, along with all other Binding Documents.
Any visitor and/or user of the Website (hereinafter: “the User”) and/or any person performing or wishing to perform an action on the Website (hereinafter: “the Purchaser” or “Purchasers”) declares and confirms that they have read the Terms, are aware of them, agree to them, and will not have any claim and/or demand and/or suit, directly or indirectly, against the Company and/or its owners and/or the Website and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf.
For the avoidance of doubt, an “action on the Website” means: “purchasing and supplying the beverages and products offered for sale on the Website and all that is involved therein” (hereinafter: “Action on the Website”).
Performing an Action on the Website is permitted only for adults aged 18 and above, or for a registered corporation or other legal entity. By entering and using the Website, every User or Purchaser declares and confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Otherwise—please refrain from using the Website or making any orders.
All wines produced by Tel Shifon Winery and sold through the Website are kosher.
The sale of wine and alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 is prohibited by law and constitutes a criminal offense.
The wording of these Terms applies equally to all genders; the use of masculine form is for convenience only.
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Users and Purchasers shall have no claims of any kind against the Company due to such changes.
Any mistake, including a mistake in product descriptions or pricing, shall not obligate the Company, whether discovered before or after the order confirmation.
In any case of contradiction or ambiguity between these Terms and the Website content, the Terms shall prevail.
Liability for Use of the Website
Use of the Website is at the User’s sole responsibility. The Website is provided “AS IS.” No User or Purchaser shall have any claim regarding service features, capabilities, limitations, or suitability.
The Company strives to provide reliable and high-quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or immunity from unauthorized access, damages, or failures.
Ordering Products
After adding products to the shopping cart, the Purchaser must complete the online form and provide accurate and complete personal details. These may include: full name, date of birth, shipping method, precise shipping address, email address, phone number, payment information, and any additional information required for delivery.
The Company will use these details only in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Company may require additional identification measures at its discretion.
Orders placed through the Website are subject to the Website’s Shipping Policy.
Delivery Area
Online orders placed through the Website can be delivered within the State of Israel only. The Company does not offer international shipping for online orders.
Products
The Company may modify the assortment of products available on the Website at any time. Availability is not guaranteed.
If a product ordered is out of stock, the Company will notify the Purchaser and may offer an alternative product. If declined, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Availability in Selected Stores Abroad
Tel Shifon Winery wines may also be available in selected specialty wine shops in Miami, USA. These retailers operate independently and are solely responsible for their pricing, availability, and any services they provide.
Shopping Cart
Products remain in the cart until the order is completed. The Company may set minimum order amounts or purchase limits.
Personal Information
If incorrect details are provided, delivery cannot be guaranteed. Returns caused by incorrect details may incur additional fees.
Personal details are stored in the Company’s database in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Payment details are not stored.
Failed or Incomplete Orders
Orders must be properly received in the Company’s system to be fulfilled. If an order is not recorded or is recorded incorrectly, it will not be supplied.
If no confirmation is received within a reasonable time, the Purchaser must contact the Company.
Prices
Prices are shown in NIS and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are added at checkout.
Prices may change at any time. The valid price is the one displayed at the time of confirming the order.
In case of a pricing error, the Company will notify the Purchaser and request approval to proceed.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card. Purchasers may be required to provide cardholder ID, card number, expiration date, and any necessary details.
An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the order (not a guarantee of supply).
If payment is declined or the product is unavailable, the Company will contact the Purchaser.
Shipping times begin after payment approval.
Promotions, Benefits & Discounts
The Company may offer promotions or discounts and may change or discontinue them at any time.
Eligibility may change if order details change.
Cancellations & Returns
The Company complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Alcohol bottles may be returned if unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Products (excluding wine and food items) may be returned within 14 days with written notice.
Event tickets or services may be canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided cancellation is made at least two business days before the event.
Returns are at the Purchaser’s expense.
A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (the lower amount) may apply.
Refunds are not given for items provided free of charge.
Information Security
The Company employs information security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Images for Illustration Only
Product images are for illustration purposes. Variations may occur (including wine vintages shown in photos).
Privacy
The Company respects user privacy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.
Product Liability
Purchasers are responsible for verifying product suitability.
The Company’s responsibility ends upon delivery to the provided address.
Defective products may be replaced or refunded as described.
The Company is not responsible for delays or defects unless caused by its negligence. Liability shall not exceed the order value.
Warning: Products contain alcohol. Excessive consumption is dangerous and may harm your health and safety.
Links & Third-Party Content
Advertisements or information from third parties may appear on the Website. The Company is not responsible for their accuracy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User/Purchaser and the Company regarding use of the Website and product purchases.
