Sauvignon Blanc 915 2022

Production process: The Sauvignon Blanc plot is planted in the vineyard next to the winery and is very close to our hearts. The plot is hand-tended by our winemaker and his team, from pruning to preparation for harvest.  Thanks to the proximity between the vineyard and the winery, on harvest day the grapes are processed within a few minutes of picking and undergo careful sorting and delicate processing.
After 24 hours, the juice is transferred into very high-quality 400 liter oak barrels, especially imported from the Cognac region of France. The wine was aged on its lees for 9 months.
Tasting notes: The 2022 vintage is lighter and sharper than its predecessors of the previous two years. Its body is medium-light, with a delicate golden straw color, rich and complex aromas of lemon grass, ginger, herbs, refined tropical notes and lantana flowers in the background.  An elegant and captivating wine that is produced in a limited quantity.
