Cultivation area: Northern Golan Heights, Tel Shifon about 900 meters above sea level.
Harvest date: 19.9.21
Production process: The 2021 growing season was excellent and unique for us. Winter was extremely cold, rainy and snowy, followed by a mild summer that allowed for a long and gentle ripening period.
The grapes were harvested by hand and quickly transported to the nearby winery for gentle processing.  The juice was fermentated in wide, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine was transferred into 300 liter French oak barrels with a volume of 300 liters and aged for 18 months.
Tasting Notes: Medium bodied with a  rich and deep color. Salient characteristics of fruits, red and black berries, with a light earthiness and a long and soft finish. An elegant wine with high fruit expression.
